Employing County TANF eligible youth in positions that will give them the opportunity to be challenged and productive, enhance their self-esteem, increase workforce readiness skills, explore career options and improve their understanding of workday world expectations.

A comprehensive youth employment program for serving eligible youth, ages 14-24, who face barriers to education, training, and employment with an emphasis on assisting the County's Out of School Youth population.
